Wild Bloom offers women a warm, safe space to pause, connect with each other, and simply be.

Step into circle and you will find yourself held - by calm, and by time set aside for you to just rest and release, reflect and learn about yourself, move what surfaces and reconnect with parts of yourself you’d forgotten. As one member put it, “I truly felt I came back to myself”.

Whether you are new to circles or returning, you’ll leave feeling held, relaxed and loved.

A women’s circle is simply a small group of women who meet regularly to slow down, connect, reflect and support one another - without judgement, without needing to perform or explain yourself. There’s no expectation to share more than you want to, no right way to show up.

Many women come because life rarely offers this kind of space - somewhere to pause, be honest, and feel the support and companionship of other women.

What is a women’s circle?

Women connecting through hand holding

We take our inspiration from nature. As modern life often takes us away from our natural states of peace and calm, reflecting on nature and the seasons can be the perfect antidote. We are not separate from nature, and whatever we can see happening outside in our gardens or the countryside is also happening within us, if we take time to slow down and notice.

So we use the Celtic Wheel of the Year as a framework. Each circle has a theme, usually inspired by where we are in the natural year.

Helen image

Helen has a passion to support women in their personal growth.

Before Wild Bloom, Helen spent several years navigating a period of relentless overwhelm - caring for family through trauma and illness, alongside the everyday demands of work and home life during Covid and menopause. It was the kind of stretch that leaves little space to hear your own voice, let alone tend to it.

A close friend invited her on a week-long circle retreat in Ibiza, and it changed everything. By the end of that week, Helen felt like she had come home to herself - reconnected with the woman she’d been twenty years before. She kept returning to circles back home, built a regular meditation and yoga practice.

That experience left her with a strong pull to learn how to hold this space for other women. In 2026, she completed circle holder training with Andrea Jackson of the Wild Woman Academy, certified by the Yoga Alliance.

What Helen brings to circles is simple; calm, empathy, and a space with zero judgement, where every emotion is welcome and every woman’s privacy is honoured.
